Accidental unsubscribe from webflow form submissions

If you create websites on Webflow that utilize forms, you may have encountered a situation where customers accidentally unsubscribe from receiving email notifications by clicking a button associated with your form submissions. This problem is easily resolved. If someone has mistakenly unsubscribed from receiving form notifications, their email address is removed from the forms tab in the project settings. Fortunately, you can  add this email back in your project settings by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the project settings.
  2. Click on the 'Forms' tab.
  3. Enter the additional email address in the 'Send form submissions to' field.
  4. After adding the email and saving the changes, don't forget to publish the site for the adjustments to take effect.

With these simple steps, you'll quickly regain access to your form submissions.
