Cancel your Flowbase subscription
Cancelling your subscription could not be any easier - you can cancel at anytime, and return to access our library when it suits you. This article is designed to help you through the cancellation process.
1. Click on your account dropdown in the Navigation
The first step, is to click on your profile icon on the top right corner then click Settings and navigate to the Membership tab.
2. Click on the purple 'Cancel' button
On this page you will find your current subscription type and the date of your next auto-renewal. Simply click on the cancel button and confirm your cancellation. You should see this update to say 'Will cancel on XX' to confirm the end of your subscription. You can easily re-subscribe at anytime that suits you, and there will be no impact on your account or anything that you have built using the Flowbase library. So feel free to cancel and return as required.
Cancelled Membership
Please note that cancelling your subscription will only cancel the renewal, your subscription will remain active until the end of your subscription date. For refund inquiries, please contact us via chat, or you can send an email to support@flowbase.co for further assistance.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for digital goods. Please ensure you are 100% confident in your purchase. All products allow for detailed previews, If you need additional details about a product please contact us prior to purchase.
Reminder, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We cannot provide refunds for subscriptions that have not been cancelled or used. Please ensure you cancel these when not in use.
